Lindsay Hanks
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Lindsay Hanks is a wife and mom of two boys. She is a Tyler native who has over 10 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. She has worked with over 75 businesses with their social media strategies over the past 4 years. Lindsay saw a need in the East Texas area to serve local businesses through social media marketing on a more personalized scale than many social media agencies offer and founded SociaLily Design - Social Media Marketing in 2023. She is creative and really loves serving local businesses and watching them thrive through the use of digital marketing. If you call SociaLily Design - Social Media Marketing, you'll talk to Lindsay directly to inquire about pricing, set everything up, and then will begin working with one of our incredibly talented social media managers on a more day to day basis as they create content and manage your page. Lindsay also personally oversees all ad management for our clients.
Andrew Hanks
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Andrew is the husband to Lindsay, and a dad of two boys. Andrew has over 12 years managing finances for multiple businesses. While clients may never have direct contact with Andrew, he is the one who keeps our business going and in order.

ACCOUNTS & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Lindsey Lake is an East Texas native who has 10 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Management. She does content creation and accounts management. Lindsey is a mom of two who is outgoing and creative. Lindsey loves helping others. She is very meticulous and is great at developing social media strategy and creating engaging content that will help to grow your social media page!
Melissa Whitehead
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER & COPYWRITER
Melissa Whitehead is an East Texas native who has over 8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing. She is a mom of three who is extremely creative and loves graphic design. Melissa gives 150% of herself in everything she does, and we are grateful to have her as a social media community manager. As our community manager, Melissa oversees management of client's pages - including making sure comments are responded to and messages are answered in a timely manner so that you have the best possible customer service for your clients and customers.

Melissa Vance is a vibrant and dynamic realtor with a passion for creativity and the great outdoors. When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find her hiking through nature or traveling to new destinations. A proud meme to four, she enjoys creating memories with her grandkids. With a background as a former medical professional, Melissa brings a unique perspective to everything she does.
In her downtime, she enjoys reading, playing mahjong, and perfecting her needlepoint skills. At home, she is accompanied by a very old donkey and two dogs, who add joy to her days. Above all, Melissa treasures spending quality time with her friends and family, making every moment meaningful.
Cassidy Branch
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR
Cassidy was born and raised in Tyler and is now fortunate to raise her two sons with her husband in the same beautiful area. She loves the creative challenge of helping local businesses distinguish themselves and flourish through social media platforms. Cassidy recognizes the significance of being involved and supporting her community to ensure its longevity for current and future generations.
Lucinda Butler
GRAPHIC & WEBSITE DESIGNER
Lucinda Butler has lived and worked in Tyler for the past 27 years. She is married and has a daughter, a 13 year old grandson, and two yorkies. She has been a Graphic Designer for 20+ years and has worked as a Website Designer for the past 4 years. Design is a passion of hers and she loves helping people take their business to the next level by elevating their branding and marketing. With her past experience with design and project management, she has the attention to detail and drive to get things done to ensure that the client gets exactly what they are looking for.
